Using No Pressure Pass

No Pressure Pass is a visitor-friendly guide and digital pass platform for Turks and Caicos. It helps visitors discover participating businesses, view offers, open a digital pass, contact businesses, and verify or redeem visitor codes.

By using the app, visitors understand that offers are provided by participating businesses and are subject to each business’s own terms, availability, operating hours, and final approval.

Offers and availability

Offers may have start dates, end dates, limits, exclusions, and redemption conditions. An offer may be unavailable, changed, paused, expired, or withdrawn at any time.

Visitors should show their No Pressure Pass code or QR code to the business before relying on an offer. Businesses may verify the pass before honoring the offer.

Visitor codes and redemption

A visitor code is created when a visitor opens an offer. Codes help the business recognize the offer request and allow staff to verify or mark a pass as redeemed.

To reduce misuse, the same mobile number may be limited from claiming the same business offer more than once within a 24-hour period.

Business listings

Business listings, sponsored placements, descriptions, images, contact buttons, maps, and offer details are provided for visitor convenience. No Pressure Pass does not guarantee the quality, safety, pricing, availability, or performance of any third-party business, service, tour, product, transportation provider, or experience.

Visitors are responsible for making their own decisions before purchasing, booking, traveling, or participating in any activity.

Sponsored placements

Sponsored listings are paid or promotional placements. Sponsored views and clicks may be tracked for reporting and campaign performance.

Sponsored placement does not mean No Pressure Pass guarantees or endorses every detail of the sponsor’s offer, service, or product.

External links and contact buttons

The app may open WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, booking links, websites, map links, and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own providers and may have separate terms, privacy policies, charges, or technical requirements.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

No Pressure Pass may be updated, paused, unavailable, or affected by technical issues from time to time. The app owner may change features, listings, reports, offers, or pages as needed.

Important disclaimer

No Pressure Pass is provided as a convenience for visitors and participating businesses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app owner is not responsible for losses, disputes, injuries, delays, service issues, booking issues, pricing disputes, or other problems arising from a visitor’s use of third-party businesses, services, products, transportation, tours, activities, or external links.
